Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining elements of Pilates, strength training and stretch . Most classes incorporate a ballet barre, use weights, a mat and a strap but can be done with no equipment. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

Sonya is here to take you through a full body sculpt class as only Sonya can. Sonya is great with form and program design to give you a great workout. You will need a mat, light weights or similar and if you have a mini band bring it along.
