Slow Flow Yoga with Alison |

60 Minutes

Alison will guide you through a gentle class, which moves at a slower pace for a more mindful practice. Still a challenge, you will leave feeling strong and relaxed. 


Meditation with Vicki | 30 Minutes

Vicki will guide you through a 5-10 minute introduction, then a 20 minute mediation. In trying times we need a reminder that peace , the light and answers are much closer than we think they are. Meditation brings us stillness to listen for those answers and find calm during the storm.


Roll & Release with Elisa | 40 Minutes

Elisa will guide you through a foam rolling and myofascial release class to recover your muscles and bring mobility back to your joints. If you are staying active or sitting a lot you will benefit from this class! Have a foam roller, tennis or lacrosse ball and a mat or carpet!
